You can choose up to two entrées served with our chef’s own selection of Starch and Seasonal Vegetables. Gold Reception~ It all begins with a one-hour reception with a sumptuous display of International Cheese Tray, Crudite/Charcuterie Tray and our Island Tropical Fruit Punch. Your first course is a choice of Mixed Valley Greens, Caesar Salad or Hearts of Romaine. Platinum Reception~ Start your special day off with a one-hour reception featuring our delicious Smoked Salmon, Crudite/Charcuterie, Antipasto and International Cheese Trays along with our Island Tropical Fruit Punch. The first course includes a choice of Caribbean, Island or Hearts of the Tropics salads. You can select up to two entrées which are served with our chef’s own selection of Starch and Seasonal Vegetables. Entrées include Cura Cao Chicken with Prawns, 10 oz. New York Steak, 8 oz. Filet Mignon and Prawns or Stuffed Baked Mahi Mahi with Crab and our Chef’s choice dessert or our professional cake-cutting service following the meal and a Champagne toast. The Hukilau Island Buffet Reception~ One-hour reception featuring our International Cheese Tray, Crudites and our very own Island Tropical Fruit Punch. The first course includes a choice of two of the following Fresh Spring Mix, Antipasto Tray, Sweet Maui Onion & Cucumber Namasu Salad, Sesame Shoyu Long Bean Salad, Island Shrimp Salad or Tropical Fruit Salad with Toasted Coconut. A selection of up to three Buffet entrees:
