Scheduling and Pricing
Scheduling request for services can be provided over the phone, via fax, email, or online. Although we remain as flexible as possible, we request a two weeks advance notification of your event to obtain proper insurance documentation and to reserve valet attendants.
Valet Attendants are reserved at an hourly rate of $20 for every attendant scheduled. This includes an onsite manager and all necessary equipment and devices to conduct valet operations.
Applied to the final invoice will be a non-refundable deposit of $100. This is required to secure services at the time of notification.
Adding a Personalized Touch
Custom valet parking claim checks are available to order personalizing each event with a name or logo creating a memorable impression for patrons. Optional costs: $100
Additionally, company logos branded parking signs can be designed and created specific to each event to further encompass the guest experience. Cost is evaluated on a per-event basis and provided with original estimate.
Valet attendants are scheduled to arrive 30 minutes prior to guest arrival allowing for equipment and traffic control device setup.
Often during an event the number of valet attendants can be lowered to avoid over-staffing. This will be reflected on the final invoice as a savings to the customer.
