Quality Workmanship - Compare photos to other bakers. I am experienced and very capable in doing both buttercream and fondant cakes. Not all bakers are. Although I specialize in great fondant cakes, at a great price, you will see many examples of crisp buttercream designs as well.
Consistent Quality - I am the one who will talk with you in the design process, and the person that will create the finished product. All cakes on this website were done by me. You don't have to wonder who will actually do your cake and if it will measure up in quality. At some places, you meet with the owner or head designer during the consultation, only to have an intern work on your actual cake. So there is no consistency in quality. I will do everything from design the cake, to execution of the design, to delivery and set-up.
Freshness - All cakes and icing are made fresh for your cake. Nothing is ever refrigerated or frozen. And only the best quality of ingredients are used.
Great Prices - If you have been looking around, you will know that my prices compare nicely to others in the area for the level of quality that you get - especially if you compare the cost vs. quality for designs! I once heard a saying that always rings a bell with me "good cakes aren't cheap, and cheap cakes aren't good". So true! But seriously, good quality cakes take time to do, that is why they cost what they do. Cakes are essentially edible pieces of art!

I have lots of regular clients that come back to me time and time again for their party cakes, because they know that they can count on me to create a cake that they will love and it will taste just as awesome!
