About Us

At the Conservancy of Southwest Florida your Special Events Manager will work to ensure a beautiful and breathtaking event.  We provide the following services included with your special event venue:

  • One Events Manager.
  • Five event hours.  Additional hours will be charged on a per hour basis.
  • Two hours for set up.  Additional hours will be charged separately for staff and labor.
  • One hour for tear down.  Additional hours will be charged separately for staff and labor.
  • Basic building services.  Lights, air/heat, electrical (additional charges may apply for special electrical hook-ups for bands, extensive AV, trade shows, etc...(facility discretionary).
  • Cleaning of room and restrooms areas before and during the event.
  • Additional items in Eaton Conservation Hall include round tables, 8ft tables, attached outside deck, green rooms, use of sound system, lighting, large screen, AV and podium.
