Monica's extensive background and unmatched experience is what separates Cornucopia Catering from all others. A graduate of Le Cordon Rouge where she earned her degree in Culinary Arts, Monica immediately began studying under the well-known and celebrated chef Bradley Ogden of Campton Place Hotel. Monica's many experiences include the prestigious dining establishments such as Ruth Chris Steak House, The Champagne Club Bistro, both of Beverly Hills and the exclusive Paradise Beach Club in Century City. Eventually returning to her hometown roots of Marin County, Monica was quickly employed by Elaine Bell Caterers of Napa / Sonoma Counties as one their top event chefs, expanding her already extensive culinary talents.
