Food is charges on a per person basis, based on a pre-determined amount set by you. We at Crave Catering will always prepare for an approximate of 5-10% over the final attendance guarantee. If there are additional guests, you will then be responsible to pay for extra guests at the agreed per person price.

Crave Catering’s commitment to sustainability has deep roots. As the owner of Crave Catering, and as co-founder and proud member of the Sustainable Catering Association, I am committed to environmentally friendly and sustainable business practices. I am also committed to providing Crave’s clients with delicious food made from the freshest, locally grown ingredients.
I make my home in Battle Ground, Washington with my wife Nikki and 6-year-old son Zak, also affectionately referred to as “Farm Helper” and “Little Chef”. The Crave Farm is located near Battle Ground Lake on what was once a giant riverbed (from what we can tell from the vast amount of river rock) and is maintained by myself, my son, and a few very dedicated and hardworking college students.
The piece of land The Crave Farm is on used to be a 100-acre chicken farm, which means rich, fertile soil perfect for growing the tastiest veggies and herbs. Our delectable produce is always grown without the use of pesticides, synthetic fertilizers, or chemicals. These naturally grown vegetables make a short journey from our farm to our clients’ tables. At the Crave Farm, we have harvested all varieties of delicious summer squash, like patty pan, acorn, butternut, delicata, buttercup, and kabocha as well as yellow and Italian zucchini. In addition, we cultivate an herb garden where we grow, thyme, rosemary, mint, oregano, marjoram, and sage. Last year we planted a small orchard with apples, pears, and figs and we look forward to bountiful harvests in the years to come.
It is our mission to offer healthier food options—all while maintaining a high level of sustainability. We also work closely with local farmers to promote “farm to fork” menu planning and frequent local farmers markets to support our farmers and their families.
