WHAT DOES CRESCENDO MEAN?
When I named the business I wanted something that captured the importance of photography - the way it connects us to our past and links us to the future. The word crescendo (kruh-shin-doh) is a musical term and means 'a climactic point or peak'. To me it is a perfect way to sum up why I do what I do. All the milestones we celebrate should be documented - the slices of life, our families and the personal histories we are making.
WHEN DO I WORK?
I work most every day. I may be shooting, meeting with clients, editing images, designing an album lay-out, marketing or networking but if you leave me a message or drop me a line I will get back to you as soon as I can.
WHERE CAN WE SHOOT?
We can shoot in studio or on location. I love to do destination work and will travel almost anywhere.
WHO AM I?
My favorite places on earth are Longwood Gardens in Kennett Square, PA., Pere Lachaise in Paris, the Ritz-Carlton in San Francisco, the Windsor Hotel in Cairo and my mother's veranda in Merida, Mexico.
I love photographing people, places and things and have been fortunate to work with some really awesome folks.
I am guaranteed to get dirty, climb on things or crawl under stuff in order to "get the shot".
I can’t wait to meet my next fabulous client!

"Hi Marnie! I LOVE the pics! You and your assistants were awesome to have around and you were very calming. Thank you SO much for everything. Mike and I adore you and you are just so fun - it feels like we are hanging out with a friend more than we are being photographed and I LOVE that."

Marnie with Crescendo Photography is absolutely fantastic! From the first time I met her to the follow up after the wedding, she has been professional, full of unique ideas and a bundle of energy. Her style is best described as flexible, creative and fun. She captured the many angles of our families through her obvious passion for photography."
