Upon arrival, your guests will be greeted by our modern facilities set in a vineyard surrounded by farmland and natural landscapes. The Great Hall and Box Elder Hall will welcome your party to dine in style and honor your marriage.
Choose The Great Hall for your wedding reception, with seating for nearly 400, or Box Elder Hall for more intimate occasions with up to 100 guests. Either hall is elegantly appointed and is available with the same great service options such as linens, plated settings, chair covers, floral arrangements, ice sculptures and more. The modern facilities are equipped for LCD projectors to display a video or slideshow, and are ready with amplified audio for toasts, speeches or music.
Additional rooms are available for the wedding party or other small group needs. The Black Spruce and Lilac rooms have north-facing balconies overlooking the garden courtyard and provide a dramatic way to address an audience below on a sunny afternoon. Some rooms have fireplaces to warm up on a chilly evening.
Crow River Winery can also accommodate wedding ceremonies. Seasonal availability of the garden courtyard combines the natural beauty of rural Hutchinson with professional landscaping.
