About Us

Congratulations on your engagement! Deer Ridge pricing begins with the optional outdoor wedding ceremony location. It is located on a hill overlooking 2 of our holes. The rental for an outdoor wedding ceremony will be $75 and then an additional $2.50 per chair. This includes the set up and the tear down of all chairs outdoors. We do have generators that will be available but you or your DJ will be responsible for providing the microphones and any other electric needs. 

 

As far as the reception, we do hold up to 240 people in our banquet hall. The cost to rent the facility will depend on the day of the week that you have chosen for your wedding date. For example Monday-Thursday the cost is $350 for the rental. Friday and Sunday are $750 and Saturday is $850. Each of these rentals includes the cost of chairs/tables/set up and tear-down.

 

Deer Ridge is also equipped with a full service bar and catering team. The packet that is included in this email will have all of the pricing that you should need with regards to food and the event space. The packages start out at $18.95 and goes up to $23.95 which has our specialty: prime rib. 

 

Our bar prices depend on if you are interested in kegs, wine, liquor and the prices vary depending on what you are looking for. A bartender does cost $20.00 per hour with a minimum of 2 hours. 

 

Tablecloths and Napkins do cost extra as they are priced per item. The cost of each of these items is $3.00 for each tablecloth and $0.25 per napkin. We will cover the cost of all tablecloths needed for the catering tables and/or carving station. 

 

We do also have a cake cutting option which is an additional cost. This cost depends on the size of the cake and we also have the plates and serving knife available for your use.
