Why Choose Elite
Elite Valet Services (EVS) has an extensive hiring and training process. Our potential valet drivers go through a series of interviews, background, and licensing checks. Each new hire personally sits down with the owner of EVS and learns about our culture.
Once hired, each valet driver goes through orientation and an intensive full day of training. When a driver is assigned to a venue they are then mentored by a manager for one week on the procedures and are given personal goals to achieve within a 90 day probationary period.
Elite has a rigorous management training program and only promotes from within our organization.
Our management team meets once a week and keeps updated on the various needs of each of our venues. We continue to aim for success and personal growth as individuals through education, leadership and effective management strategies.
