Located at Pierce County’s Chambers Creek Regional Park, the Environmental Services Building is a unique and beautiful setting for your wedding and reception. The facility includes large meeting spaces, an outdoor courtyard, catering kitchen and foyer. The outdoor courtyard features a covered patio and lawn with spectacular views of Puget Sound and the Olympic mountains.
The Environmental Services Building is an award-winning green building with environmentally friendly features. It is part of the development of the 930-acre Chambers Creek Regional Park that includes walking trails, meadows, and Chambers Bay golf course, home of the 2015 US Open.
Rent the entire facility on Saturday and Sunday or choose your specific rooms and amenities on Friday nights. The meeting room seats 160 with room for more outside. Tables and chairs are included in all rentals.

Oct - April May - September
Base Fee (6 hours) $1250 $1700
Each Additional hour $125/hr $125/hr
Maximum Fee $1675 * $2300 *
Damage Deposit $500 $500
* If your fee reaches the maximum rental amount your buildling access will be from 9am to 12am on Saturday or 9am to 10pm on Sunday.
Friday Room Rates
Friday night rentals are available for an hourly rate only. (3 hour minimum) Rental includes the combined rooms, training room ,covered courtyard, lawn and foyer. All fees listed below are a per hour rate:

You must choose from the list of approved caterers if the event will require the heating or serving of foods ( buffet or table service). The caterer must remain on site to supervise the serving of the food during the event.
Food prepared (i.e. trays, food drop-offs, boxed meals) in a licensed kitchen does not require the use of an approved caterer. Potlucks or food prepared a thome are not permitted.
Approved caterers provide proof of the following information:
Valid Tacoma Pierce County Health Department off-site catering permit
A current business license
Proof of liabilty insurance (including liquor liability if served)
