My name is Tashina Beckmann and I am excited to meet you.  I absolutely love working with Wedding Couples and their Wedding Parties.  It is such an exciting time, and I look forward to helping make your "First Dance" everything you ever dreamed of.  There are so many possibilites for a First Dance, whether you have always pictured a classic & traditional First Dance, want to add a humorous spin to your dance, or surprise your guests with a Wedding Party Line Dance.  Want to have even more fun, how about dancing to a song down the aisle.  Whatever you envision I promise you will be prepared, excited, and ready to show off your new dance moves.  If you have a particular "picture in mind" that you want to be created or have any questions please feel free to call.  I look forward to meeting you soon!

Success Tips

  -Start lessons as soon as possible, don't let it become a stress as a last minute "to-do"

  -Can have you feeling ready in a month, however 2-4 months out is recommended.

  -How long should your song be?  If it is just the Bride & Groom dancing make the song 2-2.5 minutes long.  If you would like to invite

   family and friends to join you on the dance floor, the recommended length is the entire song or 3-3.5 minutes.

  -Videotaping, note taking, and question asking during lessons is welcomed and encouraged

  -Find a song that is meaningful and important to both the Bride & Groom

Biography

Tashina Beckmann started dance training at the age of 2.5 years old and has not stopped since.  She has classical training from Ballet and Hip-Hop to Ballroom and West Coast Swing dance styles, and everything in between.  She has competed, performed, and taught throughout the US and Europe to individuals of all ages.  Tashina loves to share her love of dance my teaching and performing, showing individuals the power of music and movement combined.  She is continuously expanding her knowledge and level of dance by training with world renowned professionals in all styles so she may better offer you quality and joyful instruction.
