Ideal for the couple who would like personalized attention and assistance with all aspects of their special day.

Preparing the budget
Preparing the schedule/timeline and checklists
Assisting with selection and booking of ceremony and reception venues
Assisting with selecting and booking and officiant for the wedding
Assisting with selecting a color scheme, theme and style of the wedding
Assisting with the design, printing and mailing out of the invitations
Tracking RSVPs and who will be attending
Assisting with selection of wedding attire and accessories
Finding, negotiating and booking suitable vendors (i.e. baker, caterer, florist, photographer, printer, videographer, musicians, etc.)
Reviewing vendors’ contracts and coordinating with vendors
Providing information to obtain a marriage license
Ceremony planning
Preparing itineraries, seating list, escort cards
Attending and overseeing the rehearsal (up to two hours)
Instructing attendants about their duties
Directing processional, recessional and receiving line

Package # 2: Partial Wedding Planning Services

Ideal for the couple who wants to plan most of their wedding but need assistance with certain aspects and details.

Recommending suitable vendors such as: baker, calligrapher, caterer, decorators, florist, musicians, photographer, printer, rental facilities, transportation, videographer, wedding attire providers, etc.
Review vendor’s contracts
Schedule appointments with vendors for clients to meet with them (when necessary)
Coordinating with vendors to ensure services/products are provided in a timely manner
Coordinating final payment of vendors (if requested)
Oversee timeline planning and management
Provide unlimited support via phone and email

Package # 3: Rehearsal and Wedding Day Services

Ideal for the couple who has planned all of the wedding details and would like to relax and enjoy their special day stress-free. This package includes:

2 planning consultations at 6 weeks and 3 weeks before your wedding
Preparation of a rehearsal and wedding day timeline
Attendance and direction at the rehearsal (up to two hours)
Attending, overseeing, directing the ceremony and reception
Attend final walk through with reception facility
Confirm all vendors 2 weeks before the wedding and serve as contact person moving forward
Assist in set up, decoration, and break down of ceremony and reception
Field and resolve all vendor questions on the wedding day
Provide unlimited support via phone and email beginning 6 weeks before your wedding
