EVENT PLANNING sees your wedding vision through to the finished product and can be booked any time during your planning process. At the time of booking the first planning meeting is scheduled. It is at this first meeting where plans and visions are shared, creating a detailed picture of your wedding day. Following the initial meeting, contracts are reviewed and confirmed to ensure accuracy and prevent possible oversights. At that point, a master itinerary is created for the entire event. As the event draws near itineraries are supplied to vendors and the bridal party, reminders of due dates are provided, and any last minute changes or additions are completed. Then, when your day finally arrives, we are there to manage your rehearsal, greet and receive items from vendors, manage ceremony and reception setup, keep bridal party and vendors on schedule, assist bridal party, family, and guests, and see the event to a close.


EVENT DESIGN ensures every detail is done perfectly from the beginning. Event Design is often the first service booked during the planning process. However, Event Design can be booked at any time the need arises. At the time of booking, the process of defining your style begins. Through getting to you know you and your style, inspiration boards are created, launching the vendor selection process. For each aspect of your event, a handful of the best vendors suited to your tastes and budget will be presented to you. All you have to do is pick the vendor you like best! At that point, contracts are negotiated on your behalf following through to securing the selected vendor for your event. We will be with you every step of the way guiding you and providing you honest, professional, and tactful advice.
