The most meaningful moments of a wedding always happen unexpectedly and are usually gone in an instant. Husband and wife photographers Genevieve and James Nisly approach wedding photography with this in mind. They strive to capture not only the planned events of the day, but the utterly unplanned reactions that happen as a result.

This philosophy results in photography that is as unique as the wedding day and the people in it. "I hope that by looking at our photographs you get a feel for our approach," says Genevieve. "It isn't about style, but about capturing the most beautiful, emotionally relevant record of the events and feelings of the day."
