Elegant bed and breakfast rooms and suites feature antiques and artwork, whirlpool tubs and fireplaces. Guests enjoy a bountiful breakfast served from a menu each morning, featuring culinary herbs from Koinonia Farm, Maryland's oldest certified organic farm located on the property.

Gramercy's extensive landscaped gardens set the scene for romantic wedding ceremonies and receptions. The Mansion and grounds as well as a charming Carriage House may be reserved for corporate and private events year round.  The Mansion and covered garden terrace accommodates 150 for a seated reception, 200 standing.  The Carriage House with outdoor courtyard seats up to 100 guests, 150 standing.
