Greg Marsh is a pastry chef certified by the American Culinary Federation. His baking and wedding cake decorating training includes classes at the Culinary Institute of America. He has been designing and decorating wedding cakes in Boise for 14 years and has done everything from simple elegance to topsyturvy madhatter style.
Greg and his team of talented pasty chefs competed on TLC's Ultimate Cake Off. Pictures of his wedding cakes and recipes have been shown in People Magazine, Eagle Magazine, the Boise Journal, Art Idaho, and Idaho Homes and Gardens. He has also appeared on local television shows and has been featured in the Idaho Statesman.
