Our Pacific Northwest Region produces endless varieties of fresh and delicious ingredients. We have built our mission around delivering that bounty to our customers with seasonal menus and exceptional service. We choose to support regional growers from the San Juan Islands to the Wenatchee Valley and pride ourselves on creating recipes that highlight the flavors and characteristics of each locale. A fresh combination of abundant herbs, local delicacies and culinary imagination has resulted in a unique and exciting interpretation of northwest regional cuisine - from Herban Feast!

Not all events call for the full service expertise of a catering team, so Herban Feast offers three different service options so you can choose the type of support you want for your event. See details on all of our services below. Contact us if you have any questions or would like to discuss your specific event needs.

Full Service | Herban Feast provides full service catering with a focus on you and your event. We've catered almost every type and size of event imaginable. From weddings and anniversary celebrations to business meetings, holiday parties and graduation barbeques. With zany themes, traditional elegance and Northwest flair. For small to large groups and for all ages. We use organic, sustainable food and seasonable menus coupled with exceptional service to create extraordinary events.

A full service event with Herban Feast provides start-to-finish support and includes:

• An event consultation with site visits, set-up recommendations and menu planning
• Full sit-down service, a beautifully arranged buffet, tastefully themed stations or hand-passed tray service
• Staffing, bartending and beverage services
• Rental coordination for tables and chairs, tenting, sound systems, flowers, photographers and more
• Set-up, break-down and clean-up services

Delivery | Perfect for smaller events, cocktail receptions and corporate breakfasts and luncheons. Our delivery service includes:

Delivery and set-up of scrumptious platters and food displays of appetizers, sandwiches, salads and desserts with appropriate utensils and linens

• Post-party pick-up at your convenience
• Seattle city limits: $90 delivery fee
• Outside Seattle: $125 delivery fee
• Please order 5 business days before your event

Pick Up | If all you need are a few platters to enhance your self-catered event, or if you’d like to bring something special to a party and time is critical, consider ordering our beautifully styled and garnished platters of appetizers, sandwiches, salads and desserts that you can pick up and take with you! Our platters are all ceramic, not plastic, which means they are eco-friendly and ready to be presented to your guests upon pick up.

• Pick up 5 days a week, M-F, in West Seattle across from the Admiral Theatre
• Parking in front and back
