Since 2007, we've been catering to weddings, corporate, and social events ranging from intimate to extravagant. Not only can we provide for the design and planning of your event, but other in-house services such as custom floral design, stationary designs, printing and assembly, make-up, and photography*.

Wedding & Event Services

Day-Of Coordination Package:
Ideal for the DIY bride, the Month-Of Coordination Package offers clients the ability to plan their big day and have the luxury to enjoy it!

  • Day of Coordination for 10 hours (reserve more time for additional cost)
  • Walk-Thru of Venue (Ceremony and Reception)
  • 1 hour meeting prior to the event (excluding venue-walk-thru)
  • 1 hour Rehearsal Coordination
  • Creation of event timeline for vendors and wedding party
  • Contact all vendors (list to be provided by clients) to finalize any monies due one week prior to the event
  • Direct Ceremony Site set-up (chairs, programs, flowers, unity candle/sand, ect)
  • Lead Reception site set-up (linens, place cards, menus, guestbook, favors, ect)
  • Receive and oversee vendors and deliveries day of wedding
  • Distribute gratuities and/or final payments to vendors on your behalf
  • Assist bride, groom and wedding party with any needs the day of the wedding
  • Ensure end of event arrangements are made for items such as gifts, guest book, toasting flutes, etc.

Essential Planning Package:

For those that want a planning resource, the Essential Planning Package guides clients through the event/wedding process with some hands-on assistance.

  • Access to Preferred Vendor List
  • A total of 4- 1hr Client- Event Planner planning meetings
  • 1 Day of Scouting Ceremony and Reception Venues
  • Comprehensive review of pre-signed vendor contracts
  • Scheduling and Accompaniment to 2 vendor meetings
  • Budget Assistance: Includes budget determination and budget management (figures provided by client and maintained by Lead Coordinator
  • All vendors will be contacted prior to wedding day to verify details of their services
  • Includes everything from Month-Of Coordination Package listed above

Full Planning and Design Package:

Let us take care of everything! The Full Planning and Design Package takes care of all the little details. From beginning to end, we will create an experience to remember.

 

  • Custom creation of a couture design aesthetic for your event
  • Unlimited Client-Designer planning meetings, phone calls, and emails
  • Scheduling and accompaniment to all vendor meetings
  • Venue Selection: Includes venue research, meetings, assistance with contract negotiation and signing
  • Vendor Selection and Management: Includes obtaining multiple quotes from selected vendor types (i.e.- florist, photographer, music, officiant, rentals, caterer)
  • Determine Rental Needs and Coordinate Rentals: Including tables, chairs, china, catering rental needs, specialty linen selection and ordering
  • Budget Assistance: Includes budgeting worksheets, budget determination and budget management
  • Additional Coordinator(s) at your event depending on needs and size, including a Bride's Assistant for the entirety of the event*
  • Includes everything from Month-Of and The Essential Planning Packages listed above
