Melissa Barrad founded I Do…Weddings! in 2003. A San Diego native, with a degree in Advertising from San Diego State University, Melissa was recently featured on the Women's Entertainment (WE) show, "The Wedding Planner." She combines her design background with an attention to detail, which create timeless and unique celebrations. Melissa's work has been featured in Modern Bride, Exquisite Weddings, Ceremony Magazine, San Diego Style Weddings, The Knot and numerous other publications.

Kasey Shephard joined I Do...Weddings! in 2008 after working with Melissa for her own wedding. Kasey graduated from Cal State San Marcos with a degree in Communication and has been working in events since 2004. Kasey began working in sports, coordinating events for the PGA Tour and the Acura Classic Tennis Tournament, both held at the La Costa Resort and Spa. Kasey's other event experience includes working for Sally Ride Science, managing events throughout the country, and volunteering as an event leader for the Arthritis Foundation. Kasey's attention to detail and love of working with brides and grooms will help ensure a wonderful and memorable wedding experience.
