Meet the Chef
Dan Keller , Executive Chef. Mr. Keller’s love affair with food began 25 years ago working in Seattle area hotels. After a six-year apprenticeship at the Warwick Hotel, Chef Keller graduated to Executive Sous Chef and had a deep understanding of classical French cooking. Moving on to Executive Chef in a wide range of cooking environments he managed Birmingham, Alabama’s up scale restaurant Phillips, and later the food & beverage operations for the Executel Hotel chain in Seattle. Chef Keller’s spent ten years with Apulent prior to joining Jewel Catering and has proven time and again that his title is richly deserved .
