One of the most important elements of a wedding is photography. Pictures from that day can bring back lost memories and reveal moments that seemed hidden or forgotten. I spend time with my clients, helping them design their day by visiting sites and planning the important visual aspects of their wedding. The advance work allows me to record the day candidly and unobtrusively.
My wedding photography is spontaneous, capturing moments that define the individual spirit of the event. I am looking for pictures that quietly tell the story: the bridal preparations, expressions of happiness and nervousness, a quick glance cast toward a loved one.
My portraits of the bride are elegant, romantic - done tastefully with an artistic flair. But ultimately, my focus is on the couple and their declaration of love and commitment. I want to share my interpretations of the wedding to create a beautiful, lasting remembrance.
I have been photographing professionally for eight years and my clients include Sen. Hillary Rodham Clinton, The New York Times, political advertising and public relations firms, and several nonprofit groups.
