Kevin Taylor serves all of the unique spaces within the Opera House, including the exposed-brick 8,000 sq. ft. Studio Loft space, as well as the Chambers-Grant Salon, an extraordinary 11,600 sq. ft. space featuring twinkling fiber optic ceilings, exposed stone walls and luxurious finishes.
Chambers Grant Salon. This extraordinary 11,600-square-foot space can accommodate up to 350 guests for a seated dinner or 600 for a standing cocktail hour. This space features exposed stone walls, Vance Kirkland artwork, and fiber optic ceilings to make guests feel as though they are dining under the stars.
The Studio Loft. This 9,000-square-foot performance and rehearsal space features a cathedral ceiling and exposed brick, also making it a popular space for special events. The loft can fit 350 seated or 500 standing guests. It also has a small pre-function area with a built-in bar that is perfect for small cocktail hours.
The Founders Room. The Nathaniel Merrill Founders Room is the smallest space at the opera house, with room for only 20 seated guests. With a stand-alone bar and high-tech media system, this space is a nice location for intimate functions.
Lobby. The lobby of the Ellie Caulkins Opera House fits 300 seated guests and 800 guests for a standing reception. This modern space features a private entrance, two full-service bars, original artwork, and large staircases for staging photographs.
Loge. The loge is the third-floor balcony of the opera house with room for 150 seated and 250 standing guests. This open space overlooks the house lobby and features a large bar, original artwork, and numerous windows for ample natural light.
Stage. Couples can also hold their event on stage at the opera house, which has space for 300 seated or 700 standing guests. The stage serves as a truly unique venue for both ceremonies or celebrations, with gorgeous views of the 2,225-seat opera house.
