The Planning & Coordinating Services Package creates the event designed in the Consulting phase. Once you have decided what you'd like your event to look like, Kinsella Elegance can call the appropriate vendors, such as caterers, florists and DJs, to set up appointments so that you can meet and choose the best one for you. We can negotiate contracts, request quotes, and ensure that the client's every need is met -- that the florist can obtain orchids, the caterer will include family recipes, and that your favorite site will have enough parking and bathrooms to accomodate 500 guests.
