About Us

Kit Taylor is an American Pop/Jazz pianist and singer/songwriter.

Handsome and charismatic with a funky touch on the keys as well as a soulful baritone, Kit just released his debut solo piano record called "Evolution". It's currently available on iTunes and all major music outlets.

In a matter of a couple weeks the title track has already received placement in a promotional video for audio behemoth Audix USA.

Along with his solo work in various genres, Kit also mans the keyboard/backing vocal chair for two groups; Intervision and Safire...

Intervision is one of the most popular bands in Oregon, with an extremely impressive resume  (www.intervisionmusic.com).

With the band Safire (www.safireband.com), Kit just released a single he wrote called "Half A Man". It's a rock/fusion opus featuring a deliciously funky groove and some luscious harmonies, as well as Steve Killen's ridiculously crushing electric guitar.

"Kit is a blend of John Mayer and Jamie Cullum, but with better pitch"

- Bob Stark (Everclear, Esperanza Spalding), award-winning engineer/producer.

"Kit Taylor plays with great emotion and depth. From what I have heard he has a wonderful insight into music."

- David Friesen, Academy Award nominated recording artist.

Over the past few years Kit has played at venues throughout the country, been interviewed by multiple press and radio outlets, and worked with or been associated with names such as David Bergman, AWOLNation, Dave Eggar, Shoshana Bean, Lifehouse, The Neville Brothers, Kansas, Hall & Oates, Blessed Union Of Souls, LIVE, Jim Brickman, and The Trans-Siberian Orchestra.

Currently working towards an appearance on NBC’s “The Voice”, there is always more to the story. Contact Kit for more details.

"One year later and 'One Trick Man' still makes me smile as much as any Weather Report tune I've ever heard."

- Bob Stark (Everclear, Esperanza Spalding) , award-wining engineer, on Kit's band 'Intervision'.

NOTE TO LABELS/MANAGEMENT: Kit is available and actively searching for a keyboard chair position in a major touring band.
