​About the Designer~ Lori Rees moved from Utah to New York City in 1995 to become an actress, but discovered her passion for baking, and became a trained Pastry Chef from the Institute of Culinary Education (Peter Kump's).

The first wedding cake that Lori created was for her own wedding, 14 years ago.  Since then, she has worked for numerous restaurants, and had the honor to work at Bellagio Hotel and Casino in Las Vegas, under  Chefs Jean-Philippe Maury and Vincent Pilon.  There for 2 years, Lori developed her skills as a cake decorator and chocolatier.

Now located in North Ogden, Lori designs and builds amazing, delicious cakes for clients along the Wasatch Front (and back).
