Facility Accessibility: Staircase and elevator service is available to access the
upper- level Fairview Room and lower level Golfview Room.

Staff handles complete room set-up/clean-up before, during and after even.
Optional Cake Cutting Service Fee $65.00 includes attendant, china
plates and stainless forks. Bakery items are cleaned and remaining cake
boxed by attendant. Guest must supply paper goods and take bakery
items home for clean-up if Optional Cake Cutting Service is not selected.

Seating: is for a maximum of 150 using round tables that seat 8 guests each.
Some seminar or oblong tables are available at this facility, consult manager for details.
Decorations: Candles are permitted with enclosed flame only. Helium balloons
and confetti are not permitted. Access for decorating is two hours before event;
centerpieces may be brought in ahead of time and the staff will place on tables.
All decorations must be removed immediately following the event.
Dance Area: Ideal capacity for an event that includes a larger dance area is 135.
Dance area will be minimal if guest count is at the 150 capacity level.
