padded chairs, window treatments and decorative accents.
Facility Accessibility: Staircase and elevator service is available to access the 
upper- level Fairview Room and lower level Golfview Room.
All Inclusive Service: Final cost is determined by menu selections and total 
number of guests.
Price points range from $28 to $40 per person depending on 
Includes 4 hours for banquet services and 8 hours for business meetings. 
Additional time available at $150.00 / hour; guest must confirm additional 
time at least 10 days in advance. Additional fees may apply for extended 
beverage service.

 Each buffet includes 3 ½ hours unlimited beverage service
1st price point includes coffee, tea & soft drinks 
2nd price point includes above plus beer & wine 
3rd price point includes above plus quality spirits
Services include:
 China & stainless flatware service
 White, Black or Ivory linen table covers w/choice of skirt & napkin colors
Extra tables (DJ, cake, gift or registration tables) linen covers & skirted
 Staff handles complete room set-up/clean-up before, during and  after even.
Optional Cake Cutting Service Fee $65.00 includes attendant, china 
plates and stainless forks. Bakery items are cleaned and remaining cake 
boxed by attendant. Guest must supply paper goods and take bakery 
items home for clean-up if Optional Cake Cutting Service is not selected.
Availability: Year Round** / Reservable 2 years in advance
Friday (after 4pm) & Saturday ......................Deposit $400.00*
Sunday – Friday (before 4pm).......................Deposit $100.00*
*Deposit is applied 100% as a prepaid amount on final invoice

Seating: is for a maximum of 150 using round tables that seat 8 guests each. 
Some seminar or oblong tables are available at this facility, consult manager for details.
Decorations: Candles are permitted with enclosed flame only. Helium balloons 
and confetti are not permitted. Access for decorating is two hours before event; 
centerpieces may be brought in ahead of time and the staff will place on tables. 
All decorations must be removed immediately following the event.
Dance Area: Ideal capacity for an event that includes a larger dance area is 135.
Dance area will be minimal if guest count is at the 150 capacity level.
