What Does Mr. Small’s Have to Offer for Your Wedding Day...

 

 

Mr. Small’s Theater Main Room (Ceremony):

·      Marble Isle ready for a bridal party to walk down

·      Capacity for a 200 chair set up on both sides of the Marble Isle

·      State of the art lighting rig with the ability to program settings

·      Stair installation for stage access

·      Draping to give the stage a more intimate feel (we only offer this in black)

 

Mr. Small’s Cocktail Hour:

·    Located directly up the stairs from the Ceremony location (Indoor and Outdoor space)

·    Fully stocked bar inside the Marble Room (Bartenders included)

·    Restrooms available in this location

·    Strung Market lights in the Outdoor Courtyard

·    Stage elevation with PA set up for Acoustic Artist or DJ

·    Appetizer Setup in Courtyard

·    6-19 Tall Cocktail tables set up throughout the Courtyard, Upper Deck, and Great Hall

·    Basic linen rental available for all Cocktail Tables

·    Plenty of inside space available for Cocktail Hour to move into if rain occurs

·    Alcohol packages include Cocktail Hour

 

Mr. Small’s Main Room (Wedding Reception):

Your Wedding Ceremony and Wedding Reception will take place in the same room. While your guests are enjoying your beautiful cocktail hour, the Mr. Small’s team will be hard at work transitioning the main room from the Ceremony setting, into the Reception of your dreams.

·    All table sizes available: 6’, 8’, 42” round, 60” round, 72” round, etc.

·    Basic Linens (table/napkin) in a variety of color choices

·    All Glassware: Water Pints, Champagne Flutes, Rocks, Wine Glasses, Dinner Plates, Bread/Salad Plates, etc.

·    All Silverware: Salad fork, Dinner fork, Dinner knife, etc.

·    State of the art lighting rig with scheduled settings for Bridal Party entry, dinner, and dancing (Light Design Technician included)

 

Mr. Small’s Catering Service:

Whether you prefer an elegant meal full with wait staff, or something a bit more informal, Mr. Smalls’ experienced House Chef, Julie Kirzyc, will sit down and create a custom menu of your dreams.

·    Scheduled tasting

·    Mr. Small’s Catering service will include all equipment needed to serve/display the menu of your choice

·    Buffet Style or Sit Down Dinner options

 

Mr. Small’s Bar Packages:

1.    Full Open Bar: You pay for all alcohol for your guests without limit.

Well drinks: $4.50          House Drinks: $5.50 Top Shelf: $6.50

2.   Capped Full Open Bar: You pay for all alcohol for your guests to a designated amount at which point you may decide whether to open a tab at your expense or switch to a Full Cash Bar.

Well drinks: $4.50          House Drinks: $5.50 Top Shelf: $6.50

 

3.    Full Cash Bar: Your guests pay for all alcohol as they order.

Well drinks: $4.50          House Drinks: $5.50 Top Shelf: $6.50

4.   Pre-Paid Open Bar Package

A pre-designated flat charge for a 4-hour open bar. (*Additional charge applies for events over 4 hours)

5.   Partial Bar: Several options-

a.   You pay for beer and wine—guests pay for mixed drinks

b.   You prepay to have bottles of wine on the table for your guests—they pay for all other liquor

c.    We can customize any version of the above options to suit your needs

 

6.   Additional Beverage Needs

a.   Champagne service for the Bridal Party or the entire reception can be arranged at an additional cost.
