At Old Town Marquee, not only do we boast our venue’s original hardwood floors, brick wall interior, Art Deco tin ceilings and large bay windows that allow for wonderful amounts of natural light, but our staff makes sure that your event is coordinated and all event venue details are perfected.Old Town Marquee is also in an exclusive partnership with Morton’s Fine Catering. As a chef owned catering company in Lansing, Morton’s has the expertise necessary to prepare the finest dished with artful presentations. Morton’s is in this business because of their love of food!They are committed to providing the best customer service from the earliest planning stages, through the conclusion of every special event. Servers, bartenders, dinnerware and glassware are available for all packages.Please visit the Morton’s Fine Catering website: www.mortonsfinecatering.comRegardless of event, time, or size, Old Town Marquee offers use of these items to our clients and their guests:- tables, chairs, and your choice of black, white, or ivory linens- a locked private bridal suite with its own restroom- access to our built in bar area, storage space, and chilling refrigerators- use of our A/V equipment – dance floor speakers and lightings, microphones, screen and projector- access to our collection of decorations including table mirrors, votive holders and other vases, easels, and other items- our baby grand piano to be played, decorated, or displayed- built in set up and tear down time to make sure all of your ends are covered- an event coordinator to assist in planning upon booking and a day of coordinatorReceptions at Old Town Marquee are usually set up for 8-9 hours broken down by:- 3-9 hours for decoration, vendor set up, and arrival- 5-6 hours for event time- 1 hour post for clean up and exitOur most popular wedding package, priced for up to 200 guests, is our Friday and Saturday evenings:- Friday Reception - $2500-Access from noon to midnight- Saturday Reception - $3,100-Access from 9am-midnight- Sunday Reception - $1,800- Access from 11am-8pmCeremonies$700.00 with reception bookingHere at Old Town Marquee we are very flexible and accommodating to your individual needs. If your event requires more time, you can add on time for $200 per hour.Our space seats 200 for formal dining with a variety of floor plan options to meet your specific needs.Also, Old Town Marquee does not have a liquor license which means you must 1) have a certified bartender serving drinks 2) have a copy of your liability insurance. By not having a liquor license we can keep our prices down, there is no corkage fee and you are able to pick what you serve to your guests at your own budget.Our staff at Old Town Marquee is excited to be working with you for your event! We encourage you to set up a tour – pictures just don’t do it justice and our staff loves to show people around!In order to fully book your event with us, we require a copy of a singed contract and 50% of the payment.
