- $1200 Urban Studio rental fee on Saturday evenings, and a $5000 food & beverage minimum purchase requirement.
- $800 Urban Studio rental fee on Saturday mornings, and a $2500 food & beverage minimum purchase requirement.
- 50% discount on rental rate when $3500 food/beverage minimum is met on rental of Urban Studio Sunday-Friday.
