We would love to meet you and talk about your wedding and reception ideas, and believe that it is better to do that in person or over the phone if a visit isn’t convenient. If you are not too far away, please come visit so we can show you the grounds and talk about how you might stage your beautiful wedding here. We are happy to work with the vendors that you choose. Our packages run at about $4,000.00 ($1,000 deposit) for a wedding which includes both cottages for two nights as well as the 1,600 square foot Celebration Space (Artist Studio), tables, 200 white wooden chairs, 140 natural wood antique chairs, and the grounds for the weekend from Friday to Sunday. The Celebration Space easily holds 100-150 and the newly-restored Industrial Barn which seats 160-180 is also available for an additional charge of $800. We have found that bridal parties enjoy utilizing the Celebration Space for dancing/partying (since there’s a wooden floor - much easier on the bones, and the Industrial Brick Barn for the reception since the lighting in the cathedral ceiling is so dramatic and it can hold more people. There are four additional rooms in the Season house for friends or family to rent as well. If you like, we can plan it all for you. We do allow alcohol. We can also provide an officiant and a photographer. Please see our additional information, reviews and photos on Facebook and TripAdvisor and visit our website at www.pumphousebandb.com
. We have also been featured in This Old House magazine and on WNEP-TV.
We are unique in that we allow outside vendors, and we give you the whole property for the entire weekend, that way it isn’t necessary for you to rent another venue for your rehearsal dinner. There is a fire ring out back where you and your friends can gather after the old folks go home - you can stay up late and whoop it up since we are out in the country and you won’t have to worry about making too much noise!
We specialize in hosting very unique and individualistic events. No cookie cutter weddings; It’s always exciting to see everyone’s personality and style shine in the choices on decorating and catering. Some of the best catering choices in the area are Elizabeth’s Bistro, Balzanos, Bissingers, Kurians, and 14-Acre Farm for organic choices. I suggest you sample the food first. Our complete vendor list can be viewed on the ‘FAQ’ page of our website. Please call with questions!
