Rein Fire Ranch

It's the most important day of your life, and one you will look back on for many years to come. Rein Fire Ranch is a picture perfect place for your family, friends and guests to enjoy your important day with you.

Our role is to work with you or your event planner to develop a setting that will reflect your vision of the perfect wedding day.

Basic rental package includes bridal suite, use of the picturesque meadows and deck, along with an onsite facility manager and parking attendants during your event. Whatever you vision, we are here to work with you.

Below are some general booking details.

Time Frame:

• 12 hour rental period, including time for you decorating/deliveries and clean up, occurring between the hours of 10am-10pm
• Additional hours may be arranged, if available.
• 1 hour Rehearsal will be available the week before your ceremony on a space available basis and during our normal business hours.

Rental Fee Includes:

• Bridal Suite
• Use of outdoor ranch areas, including Deck w/ Meadow, Barn Meadow, Garden, Cabana & general use areas.
• Day of Event Facility Manager
• PA System
• 2 Parking Attendants
• 2 Standard Portable Restrooms (upgrades available)
• Ample parking for up to 300 guests
