Thank you for taking the time out of your busy schedule to learn a little bit about me.
Many photographers would say that their style is photojournalistic or more formal. I would say mine is more of a hybrid and adaptable based on the occasion and the needs and wants of the couple.
In general, I try to be non-obtrusive and document the event without getting in the way while at the same time I am not afraid to take control and pose people for great shots or those traditional wedding formals that are always in high demand.
Coming from an IT background, I have the necessary digital skills which when combined with a top-notch training program from the Hallmark Institute of Photography allows me to be able to produce a very high quality photograph.
I believe that it is very important for you and your photographer's personalities to match because you will be working together very closely on your special day. So, if for any reason I don't think we are a good fit, I am happy to recommend you to other photographer friends that I think would be a better fit for you. For me, it is much more important that you get the best photographer for you than for me to make a sell, although I hope that is with me of course.
All of my packages include an engagement session (either on location or in studio), because not only does this provide great photos that can be used in a slideshow at the wedding ceremony, but it also provides an excellent opportunity for the wedding couple to become good friends with the photographer and thus will be much more comfortable on their wedding day. This helps to release some of the stress as well as capture more "real" moments due to being comfortable with your new photographer friend.
My primary objective with any session is to make it fun, so I would love to help you achieve the same on your wedding day. In fact, I would not only like to photograph your wedding, but also become your family photographer for all your needs.
I invite you to visit my web site to learn more about me and how I might be able to make your wedding day a pleasurable experience.
Thanks
Steve
