I feel incredibly fortunate to love my job. I don't think there are many people who can say that. I am not formally trained, I never went to school for it. In fact, after University I was pulled into the corporate world. However, it wasn't long before I became very disillusioned with doing the 9-5. So I decided to turn my hobby of photography into something more. I spent some serious time assisting other photographers and then went it on my own. I have never looked back!
This is the part where I tell you how I love my pictures to tell a story, and how great it is to have a connection to my clients. Well...it is in fact TRUE! I know it sounds really cliché; but to be able to produce an image that connects its audience to the subject matter is really very cool. In addition, I get to meet some amazing people. Some of my clients have become very good personal friends.
