YOUR WEDDING PLANNER
San Diego Weddings by Gina was established in 2007 by Gina Hundley. She fell in love with the "behind the scenes" magic of weddings and has since pursued her passion and talent in creating every couple's ideal wedding.

Gina is a proud member of the Association of Bridal Consultants (ABC). She has many years of experience in coordinating weddings and events, including one for San Diego's own PGA Tour golfer, Charley Hoffman, and his wife Stacy. Needless to say, Gina knows what it takes to plan and create the wedding of one's dreams.

Prior to planning weddings, Gina graduated from San Diego State University with a degree in journalism and began her public relations career. She was deeply involved with the coordination, planning and promotion of numerous events for her Southern California clients.

WEDDING PACKAGES

The "BIG Day" Package
Includes the following:

• Two personalized face-to-face consultations to discuss your wedding details and review contracts
• Unlimited consultation via emails and phone calls to discuss wedding plans
• Provide complete list of preferred vendors according to your wedding style and budget
• Create a wedding day timeline and distribute to vendors and bridal party
• Contact all of your vendors the week before your wedding to confirm delivery dates, times and location
• Coverage up to 8 hours
• Greet and supervise vendors day of wedding
• Assist in placement of wedding items/décor not provided by vendors (place cards, menus, etc.)
• Maintain bridal party's whereabouts to ensure no visibility of bride/groom
• Arrange wedding party entrances for ceremony and reception
• Collect wedding accessories post-wedding as requested by the client
• Distribute final payments to all vendors day of wedding
• Maintain the timing and flow of your wedding to ensure the perfect celebration

The "Month of Love" Package
Includes those details listed in the BIG Day package, plus the following:

• Three personalized face-to-face consultations (instead of two) to discuss your wedding details and review contracts
• One-hour rehearsal coordination
• Tour wedding ceremony and reception sites
• Coordinate room layout with client and wedding site staff
• Assist in wording for invitations and programs
• Assist with seating chart as needed
• Assist with additional tasks (i.e. favors or candy station)
• Coverage up to 12 hours (instead of 8)
• Transfer ceremony wedding décor to reception site (smaller items only)

The "I Do" Package (Full-service wedding planning)
