SAVOR was created by the brother and sister team of Josh Lebowitz and Eva Pesantez. Josh and Eva bring over 30 years of combined restaurant and catering experience to SAVOR. SAVOR has assembled a team of event planners, style consultants, and culinary experts to assist our clients in the production of every event.
Josh, the managing partner, is the managing partner of 4 restaurants in New York. With over 15 years of food service experience, from chef to manager to owner, he is the organization behind the organization.
Eva, the executive Chef, has over 20 years of cooking experience in New York City, the Hamptons and Boston. Her culinary knowledge has grown while working in some of the top restaurants in the area such as The Monkey Bar, in New York, and Icarus, and Aujourd’hui in Boston, MA. Her vast experience in both savory and sweet food production, from butlered hors d’oeuvres to wedding cakes, allows SAVOR to be a one stop catering and event planning service for every type of occasion.
