The Seattle Church of Christ is very pleased to open its doors to happy engaged couples for their special day! The 1921 Neo-Byzantine style building sits atop beautiful Queen Anne Hill. A destination point in Seattle! Designed by prominent Seattle architect, Harlan Thomas, with its distinctive octagonal shape adds intrigue and charm. Some say they feel like they are in Europe!
The foyer entrance is paved with polished stones and surrounded by arched and stain-glassed doors leading to the sanctuary. The sanctuary will seat up to three hundred and fifty friends and family members. It features walnut stained pews, two panels of arched windows framing the room, a latticed-back stage for exchanging vows, a vintage pipe organ, and an elegant chandelier centered above.
