My name is Chef Brian S. Banasek, specializing in creating the most exciting cuisine and chocolate fountain experience.
I graduated from Scottsdale Culinary Institute in 1996, with a Associate's Degree in Culinary Arts & Restuarant Management. I have had the pleasure of work as Specialty Room Chef at Harrah's Casino in Maricopa, Arizona where I led our culinary team in constructing the world's largest gingerbread house in 2001.
have also worked in Whistler/Blackcomb's mountain top restaurant, Christine's in Whistler, Canada. This is where I became well-skilled in custom crafted ice sculptures for many special events.
