This beautiful historic facility is now available for public and private events for a prom, theatre production, holiday event, to concert, fundraiser, wedding and reception or an elegant gala. Your special event will be truly a unique experience in Denver's "newest" antique event complex.

The Viggio Theatre, filling the 4th and 5th floors, has 550 fixed seats. The arena floor has the capacity to seat an additional 200 guests.

The Grand Ballroom is an elaborately hand painted spacious venue, with a 360 degree mezzanine supported by gold pillars. The capacity starts at 150 guests for a seated event - up 1,200 guests for a reception style event.

The Baerresen Meeting rooms are the first floor of the building and host smaller events or break out space for larger events. The Blue Note Lounge on the lower level of the building is an intimate club space for up to 100 guests complete with sound, lights, and a dance floor.
