Every SWBS event starts with a basic plan. What we call our “core services,” which are designed to complement your unique ideas and distinct details. Whether you allow us to assist with managing every detail of your event or you simply want advice with certain aspects, we are here to help. Signature services include:
Month of Coordination – If you’re an organized bride who has already completed most of the planning, let us help with the rest. This service is ideal for the couple that would simply like to have assistance with pulling together their details during the final days leading up to their event.
Partial Planning and Coordination – This service offers support for couples who have begun the planning process, yet find that they need help with making some selections and completing their overall vision. No matter where you are in the planning process, we will work with you to find options to complement your style.
Full Planning and Coordination – If you are newly engaged and interested in receiving assistance with creating and organizing every aspect of your event, then this service is for you. We will work together to map out your complete event vision and throughout the entire planning process, caring for every detail from I will to I do.
Additional and A La Carte Services – We offer a variety of other services that can be purchased separately or added to your planning package, such as destination wedding planning, invitations and wedding stationery, coordination of other social events including rehearsal dinners, post wedding brunch, and much more.
