Wedding Packages

The Stiletto:
Every bride has a signature style; whether you are looking for a uniquely designed concept or a timeless and classic event, we will make sure your ideas become a reality. The Stiletto is an extensive package for the bride who prefers to be guided through the entire wedding planning process or just doesn't have enough time to do it all herself. Using our hands on approach, we will take you from start to finish ensuring that your perfect day goes off without a hitch!

Budget management
Complete development of color combinations, theme and design concepts
8 total in person meetings
Unlimited professional advice and guidance via email and phone
Venue and vendor recommendations, selection and management
Schedule and attend all meetings with venue and vendors
Negotiation and review of contracts with venue and vendors
Coordinate arrival times with vendors
Confirm all vendor orders and quantities on rental items
Create timeline and distribute to all necessary vendors
Handle final payment - including gratuities
Assist with selection and assembly of favors
Assist with invitations and other printed materials
Save-the-Date and wedding invitation management

Assistance with hotel blocks for out of town guests

Make sure the day of your wedding is a day you'll cherish. The Basic Bootie gives you the ability to plan your wedding from start to finish but allows you to relax and enjoy your special day. You'll have a trusted Stiletto Wedding Consultant with you on your big day to make sure everything goes according to plan.
This package includes the following:

Free initial consultation
2 total in person meetings - First meeting to review vendor contracts and produce wedding day timeline. Second Meeting to coordinate final details - meet at wedding venue for a final walk-thru
Unlimited professional advice and guidance via email and phone
Distribute final timeline to all necessary vendors
Confirm and coordinate arrival times with vendors
Confirm quantities on rental items
Handle final payments - including gratuities
Attend/conduct rehearsal
Orchestrate ceremony
Manage reception setup - seating cards, menus, favors, guestbook, gifts, music, etc.
Onsite coordination and management up to 10 hours
