The inn features a variety of lodging accommodations for out-of-town guests, floral designers for the perfect décor; a team of event planners; maitre’d and skilled wait staff to organize and orchestrate the event; trained chefs including those who are dedicated to creating the perfect wedding cakes; an Aveda Spa and Bridal Studio for hair, make-up and massage on your wedding day; quarterly Bridal Samplings for selecting your preferred menu; these services and more are coupled with entertainment options, invitation services, calligraphers, horse carriages, limousines, golf course, natatorium and spectacular venues to facilitate the most unforgettable wedding experience for you and your family.
Ridgecrest is the largest of our reception sites. This magnificent building offers breathtaking views from every seat in its window wrapped dining room. Just imagine your guests being greeted by a Doorman in dress uniform, welcoming them to an evening of unequaled pleasure. Set on a ridge overlooking the valley below, the terrace at Ridgecrest has been the site for the most breathtaking wedding ceremonies. Whether the Bride and Groom are whispering their vows in the front of Ridgecrest’s stone hearth or hearing them echo among the mountains, an unforgettable memory will be created for all who attend. An event at Ridgecrest requires a minimum of 175 guests, while it graciously accommodates a maximum of 250 for a traditional served meal; 300 for a cocktail reception.
Woodsgate at Stroudsmoor is one of the oldest and most charming of the many buildings, which span the property. Once a mill for storing grains and winter foodstuffs, it now hosts some of the inn’s most unique events. The minimum number of guests required to reserve Woodsgate is 75; a maximum of 150 can be accommodated for a traditional served meal; 200 for a cocktail reception.
Old-world charm is embedded in the fieldstone walls of Woodsgate’s entrance level. Here a pub-like atmosphere is created by comfortable wing chairs, century-old beams, a stone bar, fireplace and baby grand piano. A spiral staircase leads guests to the dining room, where a hardwood dance floor, pierced tin chandeliers, bent-wood chairs, lavish table settings and beautiful vistas of the surrounding woods invite guests to relax and enjoy.
If your heart desires an outdoor wedding ceremony, consider the Woodsgate’s Evergreen Garden or Woodland Chapel, where an occasional deer has been known to attend . . .
Serene, tranquil and stress-free are some of the adjectives used to describe the Lawnhaven environment. The building was designed for the most unique outdoor celebration, featuring custom designed glass walls that can be opened and closed at a moments notice to create an open-air arena without the worries of inclement weather. A 12’ stone hearth, handcrafted walnut bar, lounge, and private pavilion on the Grand Lawn for the cocktail hour complete the Lawnhaven environment. This facility requires a minimum of 75 guests, while it graciously accommodates a maximum of 150 for a traditional served meal; 200 for a cocktail reception
Auradell hosts intimate wedding celebrations for groups of 30 to 60 guests. Guests will gather for the ceremony in the Auradell Grotto located in the forest adjacent to the manor. After the union is blessed the bridal party and guests make their way to Aruadell’s Hearthside Suite where they will be served cocktails and the most exquisite hors d’oeuvres. Dinner is served in the Gallery at Auradell where the art of accomplished regional artists hangs on every wall. Imagine dancing the night away in the Solarium before retiring to the grand suites on the upper levels of the manor.
Five luxurious guest suites complete with private sitting areas, spacious bedrooms with canopy, four-poster or mansion beds, some with wet bar, kitchen or private balcony overlooking the Stroudsmoor Property complete the offerings at Auradell.
