Congratulations on your engagement! As you start to look at wedding quotes and packages and options, I would love for you to get to know my company, Sweet Harmony LLC. Sweet Harmony is a network of experienced, professional wedding musicians from New Jersey, New York, and Pennsylvania. I’ve booked musicians and planned wedding music for hundreds of weddings since 2006, and I set high standards of quality and service for my company — because this is your wedding and you deserve it!
We offer soloists, duos, and trios centered around the violin, pairing the violin with the harp, cello, guitar, or piano. The Sweet Harmony String Trio consists of violin, viola, and cello. We also offer the saxophone and trumpet.
Our rates are as follows:
Ceremony Only (includes a 30-minute prelude, a ceremony of up to 30 minutes, and a short postlude)
Soloist - $250
Duo - $400
Trio - $600
Ceremony and Cocktail Hour (all of the above plus 60 minutes of cocktail music immediately following the ceremony)
Soloist - $375
Duo - $625
Trio - $900
Please add $50 for the electric keyboard, and $125 for the harp.
Our website is an important resource for you to hear wedding music in different instrumentations, read about wedding music, see answers to FAQ’s, look at our repertoire, learn about our musicians, read customer reviews… and more.
The rates also include your choice of our brand-new Wedding Music Programs in different classical and contemporary styles, based on common requests and our years of experience with wedding music. Or, if you have your own special songs in mind, you can choose from our repertoire of thousands of beautiful classics, love songs, contemporary hits, religious music, and cultural selections such as Irish, Italian, and Jewish. Either way, our professional experience will make it simple and fun! There will be a little worksheet called the Wedding Music Planner that you will need to fill out and return to us by two weeks prior to the wedding.
Please note that there are some weather considerations for string instruments due to the sensitivity of the wood and strings. The musicians will need shelter from direct sunlight and from rain, even if it is only drizzling. And, the temperature must be 60 degrees or higher.
All members of Sweet Harmony will also be sure to maintain a friendly, professional manner and appearance. With us, you can be assured that your event will be handled with a very high standard of professionalism and personal care.
Please call me at (609) 722-2062 to talk wedding music! I’m available seven days a week. Thank you for reaching out to Sweet Harmony. We would be honored and delighted to be a part of your special day!
