The Day-Of- Wedding Coordination Package Includes:
Two meetings with the Bride and Groom.
Creation of time line for ceremony and reception.
Collection of vendor information.
Contact all vendors a week prior to the Wedding Day to confirm times and locations and reconfirm on the day prior to the event.
Introduction calls to wedding party and vendors; confirmation of details and directions.
Venue walk through, meeting with caterer and site event manager.
Review all decor details including program placement, napkin folds and favor display.
Provide guidance on floor plans & seating charts.
Arrive at the Ceremony and reception site 4 hours prior to ensure a complete and accurate set-up, or as soon as the location is available.
Set up place cards, table numbers, favor tables and other decor.
Confirm vendor deliveries, set-up and break-down.
Day-of coverage, management and coordination.
Organize all family members and the wedding party for processional.
Facilitate formal photography.
Distribute all payments and gratuities.
Pack up gifts, keepsakes and personal items and deliver them to the bridal suite or departure vehicle.
Wedding day emergency kit.
Collection of items brought and set up on wedding day. (candles, guest book, favors, programs, etc.).
