The Lodge has several wedding event packages from which to choose. Food service can be formally plated and served, buffet or family style as you prefer. Menus can be customized for your event by an approved caterer of your own choosing. By its nature as a retreat, arrangements can be made for you to have exclusive use of the entire property for your event to preserve the privacy of the occasion. Attentive on-site staff will coordinate activities with those planning and serving the event so your attention can be focused on your guests and on enjoying the festivities.
Indoor & Outdoor Settings
The Lodge at Painted Rock offers many picturesque settings for your event, including a timbered Main Lodge with a spectacular Great Room that will accommodate up to 150 banquet guests or receive 200 guests for cocktail receptions where they will enjoy a cozy rock fireplace, dramatic staircase, and breathtaking views. Enjoy the beautiful scenery from our spacious main patio overlooking the lagoon, brook, fountains and mountains. Alongside the lagoon, a wedding arbor beckons with a seating area on the green for 250. For a casual setting, The Lodge offers a trellised outdoor barbeque area for parties and chuck wagon campfire cooking within view of the rolling hillsides.
