An icon of Art Deco architecture on Miami's popular Ocean Drive, The Tides South Beach debuted a provocative new design in the Fall of 2007 by trendsetting designer Kelly Wearstler. The glamorous new design re-dresses the hotel's interiors incorporating elements from the sea, rich textures, sunset colors and vintage recreations with a nod to its illustrious past while setting new standards for future hotel design.

WEDDING CEREMONY
As alternative to a Beach Wedding, The Tides South Beach would be able to host a Wedding Ceremony of the Rooftop Terrace which is part of the Tides Penthouse Suite and has a stunning 360 degree view over Miami Beach.

  • Maximum Guest Count: up to 40 guests
  • Set-up: Reception-style or Classic with chairs and runner
  • Food & Beverage: Champagne Toast and Butler-passed Hors D’oeuvres right after Ceremony

WEDDING RECEPTION
If the Ceremony was held on the Rooftop Terrace, we would suggest the Wedding Reception to be held in the Tides Suite.

  • Maximum Guest Count: up to 40 guests
  • Set-up: Reception-style only
  • Food & Beverage: Open Bar and Butler-passed Hors D’oeuvres or Hors D’oeuvres Stations

Other Options for a Wedding Reception:
To be held on the Pool Terrace including North and South Cabanas for up to 75 guests. The Pool Terrace is available for private events starting at 6:00pm each day.

  • Food & Beverage: Open Bar and Butler-passed Hors D’oeuvres or Hors D’oeuvres Stations

To be held in our restaurant La Marea for up to 100 guests.

  • Set-up: Reception-style only
  • Food & Beverage: Open Bar and Butler-passed Hors D’oeuvres or Hors D’oeuvres Stations

WEDDING DINNER
To be held in our restaurant La Marea.

  • Maximum Guest Count: up to 60 guests with special set-up, up to 70 with existing set-up
  • Set-up: Seated Dinner set-up, long tables or u-shape
  • Food & Beverage: Open Bar, extensive wine list, Plated Dinner Menus or Dinner Buffet
  • La Marea features original table top designs by Kelly Wearstler Design, because of this we no longer use table cloths with in the restaurant.

A Seated Wedding Dinner can also be held in the Tides Suite but only for a guest count up to 20 guests.

AFTER-DINNER PARTY/ COCKTAIL HOUR
To be held on the Pool Terrace including North and South Cabanas. The Pool Terrace is available for private events starting at 6:00pm each day.

  • Set-up: Reception-style only
  • Food & Beverage: Open Bar and Cheese or Dessert Stations

To be held in our Coral Bar and Lobby Area.

  • Maximum Guest Count: up to 40 guests

ACCOMMODATIONS
We would be pleased to offer overnight accommodation to the Couple and their Wedding Guests at a special Wedding Group rate which varies per season and demand.
