I was born in London and have lived in Southern California for 20 years. I was assistant to the Executive Chef of a high end hotel in Orange County, I am a published writer for a popular culinary magazine and spent many years as Director of Wedding Sales for one of Orange County’s premier wedding and special event caterers, assisting hundreds of brides over the years. The valuable relationships I have built, with venues, photographers, florists, DJ’s and numerous other special event vendors, has allowed me to take the guess work out of vendor selection for you, to give you the comfort level necessary for a flawless event.
