On a day when every thing must be perfect, The Upper Crust offers wedding cakes of impeccable taste designed to your specifications. You may order a tempting variety of cakes, fillings and buttercreams to create the perfect wedding cake that fits your personal style. Our cakes are always baked fresh to order, using no shortcuts in our ingredients or methods. We use only fresh eggs, European style butter, the finest local dairy products, fresh fruits, and imported chocolates. We never freeze!

Our most popular cake is an elegant white cake, a moist and delicious confection, that complements your choice of fillings, buttercreams, and liqueurs. We also offer a deep, dark chocolate devil's food cake, we also offer a moist carrot cake rich with walnuts & raisins (available upon request).

For your choice of fillings we offer seedless black raspberry jam, creamy lemon curd, rich & velvety chocolate ganache, fresh strawberries, dark chocolate mousse, and a choice selection of liqueurs such as Amaretto, Gran Marnier, Chambourd, or Rum. Finally, for use as a filling only, we have a buttercream so delicious that all you need is a spoon; layers of cake are merely a vehicle for this "sinsational " confection.

For frosting, you may select several different buttercreams or wedding white meringue, a beautiful silky frosting, which is sparkling white and suited to most weather conditions and color schemes. We also offer a lovely French buttercream, glowingly rich in flavor and candlelight in color. This buttercream is lovely for late fall or winter weddings when the weather is cool.

Mix and match fillings, cakes, buttercreams, and liqueurs to your heart's desire. Make each tier a different combination: french buttercream and fresh strawberries with Gran Marnier in one layer, devil's food, chocolate ganache, and black raspberry jam in the next!
