Ventfort Hall is delighted to announce the opening of an original play for its annual summer theatrical production. Written by Mary Guzzy, the new one-woman play Clara presents the intriguing Clara Shumann (1827–1897) wife of Robert Shumann, mother of eight, distinguished pianist, composer, and lifelong friend of Johannes Brahms.
