Myth: Your reception hall “coordinator” will help you plan your wedding
Truth: I often hear brides say that they “don’t need an outside planner” because their venue has an on-site coordinator, and unfortunately, some brides find out it's not true when it's too late. The on-site coordinator is there to manage the services being provided by the venue and the services they will provide are very different from those that we provide. A good on-site coordinator will assist you with items like table arrangements, place settings and linens and opening the building for vendor deliveries. Your on-site venue coordinator will not call your vendors to verify anything the week before the wedding, find you vendors that meet your budget, call your bakery with your final numbers, uncover any mistakes or help you to trouble shoot difficult issues with vendors on your wedding day. These on-site coordinator's are great but typically they leave after dinner service. It’s important to understand what they will and won’t do for you, so you can be properly prepared for your big day!

We will chat about your goals and your desired outcome then you decide if you want to get started with our services and we begin our partnership! Planning/Consulting hours can be purchased with Day-of Coordination at a rate of $75.00 per hour. You can have us accompany you to vendor meetings and help pull your ideas together.
Preferred payment methods are Cash, Check, Visa, MasterCard or American Express. A 3% administrative fee will apply if paying by credit/debit card. Secure your date on our calendar with 1/2 down of package cost. We can be flexible on your retainer just ask for a payment plan! Remainder is due 2 weeks prior to event date. Final invoices for any extra hours purchased will be billed immediately after event and due within 2 weeks of event date.
A $75 round-trip Travel Fee applies to events over 50 miles or more from our Livonia, MI office. Travel Fee and hotel required for events over 100 miles. Additional Premium of $100 will apply for any out-of-state events and $50 for any event on a holiday or holiday weekend.

6 other vendor referrals of her choice based on needs and budget. Example: Photographer, Videographer, DJ, Hair/Makeup, Cake Designer, Favors, Florist/Centerpieces, Dress Shops, Tuxedos, etc.
**Note this will NOT include planning or ON-SITE Coordination the day of the wedding. However, bride may upgrade to our Day-of Coordination or another package.
ASK THE EXPERT $75 per/hr
This is the solution for the bride, that doesn't know where to start or has made her own plans, believes she has everything handled, but would like an expert to go over everything with her. The planner will make suggestions on timelines, theme, vendors, and etiquette. This is perfect for the bride that wants the guidance of a wedding planner without purchasing a package. We will meet and go over any questions you may have.
